The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Pick Packer to join our client's successful team servicing the Mitchell area in Canberra. This is a fast-paced role critical to the supply chain, ensuring that equipment and stock are accurately processed and prepared for delivery across the ACT

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders from manifest lists, ensuring all items are secured for safe transport.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to manual handling safety protocols and company operational standards.
• Team Collaboration: Keep the operations team in the loop with clear updates regarding stock levels, damaged goods, or fulfillment delays.
• Professionalism: Proactively manage your daily tasks to meet strict dispatch deadlines while keeping the workplace safe for everyone.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse (Pick/Pack experience preferred).
• Work Ethic: Reliability, punctuality, and the willingness to work full-time hours, which may include early starts.
• Physical Fitness: High level of physical fitness with the ability to perform repetitive manual handling.
• Communication: Clear, effective, and professional verbal communication skills to coordinate with drivers and operations staff.
